Everyone’s invited to watch the 125th Payson Rodeo Parade from our excellent vantage point at the Payson Farmers Market. After the parade we’ll have live music, made to order breakfast burritos and of course all the amazing food and services the market has to offer. IMPORTANT. Main Street is open until 8:30 and again after the parade. During the parade use Frontier to Oak St. We hope to see you there.

Another great weekend. Lorian and I are having so much fun.

This seems like a good time to send a big, big thank you to everyone: Customers, Vendors, Entertainers, Officials and all others who have made this possible. Thanks for all you do. The other night we looked at each other and realized how well we are eating. Wow, fresh tomatoes, havarti goat cheese, olive oil and basil on top of lightly toasted cheddar jalapeno bread. We are so lucky to have all these amazing foods here. Now all I have to do is ride my bike a few extra miles so I can keep eating cinnamon rolls, and all is well. Thanks again.

Corrected directions for rice mix

Unfortunately, there was an error in the instructions for my rice mixes, please increase liquid by 1 1/2 cups (total of 4 1/2 cups) and add 2 tablespoons of butter or 1 tablespoon olive/vegetable oil. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone…I had increased the rice amounts in my recipe and somehow forgot to increase the liquids…..the recipe will be corrected on the package by next week.

The Market is adding Vendors, with 3 more expected soon. Look for more produce as the harvest increase with the temperature!

We also have our Entertainment going from 9 am till 11 am, with “open mike” after that (except for August 1st).

We’ve added a guide to the entertainment, with info about the entertainers and a schedule. Look at the top of the home page for “Entertainment”.

We’ve also added a page (“Meet our Vendors”) for information, and encourage any Vendors to send information and/or logos and links to web sites for inclusion on the page.

First Market drew a good crowd.

The first market was on the Fourth of July, and drew a large and steady crowd. Many out-of-towners were here for the Fourth, there was a (short) parade down Main St., many vendors were quite pleased with their results, and a good time was had by all!

The CO-OP provides an opportunity for gardeners to cooperate with other garderners to sell their products and take turns running the CO-OP booth.
